Terms of Service

Last updated July 6, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Zsper (“Zsper”, “we”, “us”), operated from India, governing your use of the Zsper service at zsper.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you use Zsper on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

1. The service

Zsper is an AI writing partner with memory: it learns from the content you provide and approve, and produces drafts of articles, newsletters, and LinkedIn posts in your voice. It is an assistant, not a publisher — the Service never publishes anything on your behalf, and every draft requires your review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving anything you publish anywhere.

2. Accounts

  • You sign in with a Google account and must be 18 or older.
  • Keep your Google account secure — activity under your sign-in is your responsibility.
  • One person per account; workspaces within your account may represent different voices or clients you manage.

3. Free trial, billing, and extended access

  • 30-day free trial, no credit card. Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial of the full product. We do not collect a payment method at sign-up, and the trial never converts into a charge — there is nothing on file to charge.
  • When the trial ends. Your account, content, and learned memory remain intact and accessible; generating new drafts pauses. You can request extended access from inside the app, and we may grant additional free days at our discretion — currently, while paid subscriptions are not yet live, this is the standard way to keep drafting.
  • Paid plans (when introduced). Subscriptions will be priced in Indian rupees, billed in advance for each period, and cancellable anytime with effect from the end of the current period. Starting a paid plan will always be an explicit action you take — never an automatic conversion. Announced founding-member pricing stays locked while that subscription remains active.
  • Credits and fair use. Plans include a monthly AI-credit allowance; drafting features draw on it, while publishing and reviewing what you've written are never blocked by an empty balance. Fair-use limits apply to drafting volume; we'll tell you if you reach them. Purchased top-up credits do not expire.
  • Bring your own key (BYOK). You may route AI work through your own provider API keys. That usage is billed by your provider under your agreement with them, is never billed by us, and remains subject to a fair-use ceiling.

4. Your content

You retain full ownership of everything you put into the Service and everything it produces for you — your articles, drafts, knowledge records, and voice data. To the extent AI-generated output is capable of ownership, we assign our interest in it to you. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the Service: storing, processing, and transmitting your content to generate your drafts, including to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy.

Your content is never used to train AI models, never shared with other customers, and never sold. You can export or delete it at any time. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you import — including client material in workspaces you manage for others.

5. AI output

Large language models can produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output generated for others. Zsper grounds drafts in your approved knowledge and flags its sources, but it does not guarantee factual accuracy — verify names, numbers, quotes, and claims before publishing. You are solely responsible for content you publish, including compliance with laws and platform rules (for example LinkedIn's terms) that apply to it.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to:

  • create or spread unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, or infringing content, or impersonate a person or organisation without authorisation;
  • generate spam or coordinated misinformation at scale;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service, or access another customer's data;
  • resell or white-label the Service, or use automated means to extract its output beyond your own use;
  • circumvent usage limits, credit metering, or access controls.

7. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties — Google for sign-in, AI providers for generation, and cloud infrastructure for hosting. Their availability affects ours, and your use of BYOK keys is governed by your agreement with the relevant provider. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates security or legal risk, or abuses the Service — with notice where practical. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how deletion works). On termination your licence to use the Service ends; clauses that by nature survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) survive.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for your purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim (or ₹5,000 if you have paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you publish, your breach of these terms, or your violation of applicable law — we'll notify you promptly of any such claim and reasonably cooperate at your expense.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that date means the updated terms apply. Questions: hello@zsper.com.
